Our Team Experience is a results-focused program that will translate across your business operations for better growth, resilience, and sustainability. We’ll deep dive into your dynamics, strengths, and capabilities, and then identify roadblocks to success and opportunities for improvements. The outcome?

Format:
• Includes pre-work, an assessment phase which includes individual team member interviews and customized assessments.
• Customer In-Person experience with the leader and their team

• Total time from pre-Work to post experience implementation is 6-8 weeks
• 1-2 day onsite: The Team Experience
• Follow up & pulse check interviews and coaching through the Implementation into work and life6-18 months in length

We then assess and build your customized team experience to maximize success for every team member, individually and holistically.
STEP
We execute a unique, groundbreaking experience that creates REAL transformation beyond the experience in the real world. Based on our findings, we customize your team experience to provide feedback, deliver relevant and cutting-edge research and education, and implement transferable exercises during an onsite with the leader and their team. After the experience is over, we work with you to develop a follow up plan to cement new knowledge and offer ongoing resources.
